Scott is a go-getter with a vision, and nothing is getting in his way! Born in Sikeston, MO, Scott actually grew up in Northeast Arkansas, always having an interest in technology, curious about how electricity worked as well as the infrastructures of our country. A man who grew up with a curious mind and a soul that loves to wonder, Scott traveled to Colorado in his twenties, living there for some time before travelling along the Missippi River. From Lousiana to Washington DC, if our CEO learned anything, its how important bridges, buildings, power, and connection were. Creating Delta Tech Industries LLC was an idea that he had a dream of; a world where power was more stable, regardless of the growing tech. When he isn't running the company, Scott loves camping, travelling, drinking coffee while playing with his AI chat bots,  and spending time with his family.

The silent observer, the tinkering mind. Mark is the man with the calm, cool facade that always has an answer to the crisis of the company. Born in Jonesboro, he is a local 'good old boy' growing up in small town Pocahontas. He has spent a long time around the manufacturing of aircraft and has always had the skill to take a problem, dissect it, and solve it to make it look like new. While Mark has not travelled a whole lot, this has not stopped him from having a yearn to travel someday. His sharp mind and strong logical mindset make him the best person to have training the very pilots that your company will see on the field every day! When he isn't breaking down the hardware, the SOP, or running the operations, Mark likes to play his Xbox, fix vehicles, go camping (his favorite spot is Jasper!), and spend time with his family.

A woman of many hats within our company, Brittany has a drive and does not stop until she has learned everything possible! Born in Jonesboro, she is a local to The Natural State. Daughter of the owner of Lawrence's Garden (Maynard AR), Brittany learned a thing or two about startup business operations from watching her father work hard in his company. She has travelled across the South, from Florida to New Mexico, then up to Colorado. Brittany has always been a sharp person who loved learning and excelled well in school as a result of this. After working in the medical field for six years, she realized that this was not the field for her and walked away from it to help Scott create the company. When she is not running Human Resources or Logistics, Brittany loves spending time with her family, travelling, reading, going on walks and listening to true crime podcasts, which she thanks her mother for learning about that interest!
